NewDay Unveils New Marketing Campaign: "Get That Better Credit Feeling"

Using AI-powered facial recognition technology, the background colours were mapped to the emotions of the customers, reflecting their feelings as they recounted their stories of building credit with Aqua.
Alongside the campaign, Aqua conducted a survey of 5,000 UK adults to better understand the prevalence of bad credit scores and the financial challenges faced by Brits. The research revealed that nearly a third of UK adults feel negatively about their financial situation, with another third having faced challenges related to a poor credit score. However, the findings also showed a positive shift, with 74% of Brits actively working to improve their credit scores. This highlights both the need for better education around credit building and the growing desire among individuals to improve their financial futures.
