Based near Leeds, our Contact Centre is at the heart of our business – it’s where we connect directly with our customers via phone or WebChat. We’re here to assist them with a wide variety of queries, to protect them from fraud and to help those of them in financial difficulties. We’re always looking for people who are as passionate about great customer service as we are. Colleagues joining our contact centre can expect full training from day one and a fantastic development programme.
